The original site's content was repurposed and the technology updated to make navigation easier. The donation links were overhauled for giving ease and an integrated strategy was put in place to draw the web visitor in and keep them connected. The site now offers an e-bulletin sign up, links to volunteer opportunities, newsletter downloads and giving landing pages that change with each direct mail offer or giving season.
In addition, a more aggressive plan was launched to drive donors to the site from other media such as direct mail, outdoor and broadcast.
